1 How To Assemble

The K3 Power Rack requires two people to assembly
Remove packing materials. Do not dispose of the packaging until assembly is finished
Tighten all parts
Make sure all parts are oriented
Read the instruction again if you still not sure

2 How To Maintain

Wipe down the power rack after every use to remove sweat, dust, and dirt. Use a moist cloth and mild detergent to clean all surfaces, including the frame, bars, and safety attachments.
